“ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sincerity Express Cafe and Restaurant at SM Megamall for the first time. Here are my observations: The restaurant's ambiance reminded me of a traditional eatery in Binondo, which I found quite charming. The food was delicious, reminiscent of authentic home-cooked Chinese cuisine. The portion sizes were generous, easily enough for two people to share. I found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. As expected during lunchtime, the restaurant can get quite busy. However, the wait for a table was minimal. The staff were consistently polite and attentive to our needs throughout the meal. While the food and service were excellent, I noticed that some of the chairs and tables could benefit from a minor refresh. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience and look forward to returning to explore the rest of their menu. ”
“ 07/19/25. A Chinatown classic in Megamall. We chose to have a big lunch at Sincerity Express. Being exhibitors in the Bloggers United 22 Bazaar is hard work. GOOD: 1. Big food portions. 2. Thick menu so lots of chinese dishes as options. 3. Fried chicken is delicious... Make sure to ask for a newly fried batch. 4. Our other favorites are Quikiam, Kiampong and Oyster Omelette. 5. Budget friendly prices. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. Staff are not very friendly. Hardly a smile can be seen. Where is the SINCERITY? Like they are doing the paying customer a favor when you order. So only ⭐⭐⭐ for service. Please smile a bit. There are so many restaurants in Megamall so extend a little SINCERITY to keep your regular customers. ”
“ One rainy day last week, I was just walking in the lower ground of Megamall after an errand when I stumbled upon Sincerity Cafe, the legendary resto originating from Binondo. Since I'm craving for Chinese food and don't want to go to Chinatown on a rainy day, I grabbed a seat and browsed through their menu and order something for lunch. The Sincerity Fried Chicken is crunchy, savoury and one of a kind. I can't quite describe it precisely. It's not a salty as a Chicken Joy, a Papa John, KFC or Popeyes but ooohh I don't know. It taste good without overpowering my taste buds with MSG. The Kiampong Rice complements the fried chicken perfectly, with its nutty, salty, shrimpy flavor. The service is okay. The interiors of the place is not Instagrammable but then again, they don't have to, Sincerity Cafe is a freaking legend. Next time, I'm trying the Oyster cake and Duck soup. Rating : 4 stars ”
“ Food is surprisingly good, I ordered fried oyster cake and Spinach with crab meat ( this one is my new favorite) plus 1 regular rice, I paid 800 in total, keep in mind the the “small serving” is actuallg good for 2-3 people. Atmosphere- it gives a binondo vibe but inside megamall. ”
“ The fried chicken is very reasonably priced. A half chicken is good for 3-4 persons at only 250 pesos. The fried rice is very tasty and is good for 2-3 persons. The oyster cake is good for 3-4 persons. This is a bang for the buck restaurant if you know what to order. I recommend this place. ”
“ The food is really good! Spices and the taste is superb! Quality is the same as eating in China Town / Binondo. Restaurant is spacious and well air conditioned. Staff is very kind and accomodating! Our order of half chicken wasnt fully cooked and when brought to attention they replaced the whole thing, mind you the plate still had alot of chicken. Will definitely come back! ”
